What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check in time begins at 4p.m. on the day of your arrival. Your contract explains how to unlock the lock box. If you have any trouble, our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. Check out time is by 10a.m. on the day of departure. Keys must be returned to the lockbox. Guests will be charged $100 for unreturned keys.
